You can expand your Centaur system with the CAA470A without a metal enclosure. Using E-bus technology, any expansion module can be located up to 1220m from the CTV900A. This reduces the cost of cabling in the field, as only one cable needs to be connected to the CTV900A. Readers, keypads, doors, contacts, the RTE module and reader outputs can be connected locally to the CAA470A by installing the expansion module close to the doors.
